We suppose to have two fighters representing our gym at SMTC Portobello Town Hall Show on the 19.09.2015. Unfortunately Mateusz Sarwuta opponent pulled out on the day of fight due to virus. It’s a shame as Matt was in top shape and we all were looking forward to see him again in the ring. Except him we had Danilo Colandrea matched at 63kg against Ross Koppel representing Smtc Gorgie fighting team. Fight was scheduled for 5 rounds of 2 minutes under IFMA rules. It was very important fight for both warriors, as winner was announced as a UKMF pro am Scottish Champion. Danillo dominated fight from early doors, knocking down his oponennt in the 4th. Bout got finished after 5 rounds and Colandrea from Hanuman Thai Boxing Edinburgh winning on points and becoming new champion.
